In this episode, I speak with Gary Millet and Rob Rogers and we dive into all things ketones. Gary and Rob were the brains behind bringing exogenous ketones to the market so they described what that process was like. They gave insight on what exogenous ketone salts are and how they are used within the body. They compared BHB salts to ketone esters and how to be strategic with your use of the supplements. They are on the cutting edge of the ketogenic supplement research and were kind enough to paint a picture of what we can expect in the future from these performance supplements. I really enjoyed the conversation and I learned a ton!

In this episode, I speak with Sylwia Tabor and we cover all ends of the nutritional spectrum!  Sylvia started out following a whole foods approach and then gravitated to vegan.  After that, she tried fruitarian and then keto.  She has been following a carnivore approach lately and absolutely loves it.  She has dealt with some serious digestive issues and disordered eating.  In her desire to find better health and a more sustainable relationship with food, she has experimented with psychedelics.  Sylvia's story is too amazing to imagine, I truly enjoyed the conversation and I know you will too!

In this episode, I speak with brain tumor survivor Miles Sullivan! I met Miles at the Metabolic Health Summit where he gave me a glimpse into his past and I immediately knew I had to have him on the podcast. He was diagnosed with drug-resistant epilepsy and has a brain tumor which led to him enduring two brain surgeries. We dove into the adversity this brought into his life and how he handled it. We talked about his metabolic and mitochondrial dysfunction that may have led to his condition. We discussed the power of the Keto community and how it, along with a positive mindset and never-ending gratitude has totally turned his life around! This in an incredibly inspiring story and I hope you enjoy it!
