In this episode, I had repeat guest Ben Davis talk to us about his ultra marathon experience. Ben set out to run one ultra-marathon a month in 2018. I wanted to get him back on the show to describe what that was like and dive into the technique behind ultra-endurance running. We also dove deep into the mindset and how to improve your perspective in life. We talked about injury prevention and how he is using yoga to improve his mobility and alignment. Ben is an awesome guy who is doing awesome things to improve the wellbeing of veterans. I'm excited to see the impact he continues to make!
