In this episode, I learn all about how to be a Vegan Keto-adapted athlete with Tay Sweat. Tay is the vegan trainer but he didn't start out like that. He was overweight and diagnosed with type two diabetes when he was only 15 years old. He decided to swap out the fast food for veggies and hasn't looked back since. We dove into the macro ratios he follows and what a typical day of eating looks like for Tay. We went down the rabbit hole of eating for ethics vs eating for performance. We discuss nutrition based off of ancestral history. We compare vegan and carnivore and we stress the point of doing what is right for you as an individual.
