In this episode, I speak with good friend and Keto Brick Crew member Trish Hogan! Trish was a former figure competitor who has since transitioned into running marathons. We talk about the misconception between low carb and keto and how they differ. We dive into the carbs vs. fat for endurance debate. She gives us insight on how to train for increasing your mileage.
