In this episode, I speak with avid bowhunter Zac Griffith! Zac and I immediately hit it off on our shared appreciation for hunting and the outdoors. He dove into his views on conservation and how to appreciate the circle of life. He talked about how he is working to be a positive role model for the next generation of hunters. We talked about his nutrition and how he transitioned from the SAD diet to Keto to the OMAD approach he follows now. We talked about the art and technique behind bow hunting and all that it involves. Zac gave us some insight on how he has optimized his routine, diet, training, and life in general. I really enjoyed this conversation and it inspired me in many ways.
