In this episode, I speak with master chef Robert Kuhar! We dive into his introduction to the ketogenic diet and how it started from his desire to make a protein bar. Robert tells us how to keep our cooking simple yet delicious and impressive. He puts an emphasis on the sauce so we learn a few different methods to create the perfect sauce. He also dives into a variety of cooking methods including confit which I am incredibly interested in. Robert has turned his passion for cooking into a business and adds a ton of value to the keto community through his YouTube cooking videos.
